Some more photography done today. I’ve added my Trollslayer and Warlock to the miscallaneous gallery and a tunnel entrance I made for my Averlanders to their gallery. I’ve been a bit slack on the painting front since finishing the Space marines and warhounds but have been frantically trying to make lots of card print and play buildings for a LOTR game set in Bree.

Added my current RPG character to the site today along with his warhounds. I’m sure eventually the warhounds will mean a Witch Hunter warband crops up but hopefully I can stave off the modeling until I’ve got the painting sorted. Why is it the modeling is always so much more fun?
Merry Christmas to all!
Unfortunately due to spending most of today playing this early Christmas present I have taken no photos. Am off later though to play some Mordheim (hopefully – snow may limit my opponents chance of getting there) and maybe some roleplaying.
The camera batteries are flat so that it for now.
Averland Warband, Possessed Warband, Some of my Space Marines, Some of my random collection of RPG models.
As this is my public attempt to get my self caught up with the small mountain of painting I have I’ll start by hopefully uploading the projects I have finished (or nearly finished at least). I’ve started gaming again a few years ago after an injury put me off my mountain bike over a summer and I painted my entire space hulk set (you get very efficient by the twentieth genestealer). At that point my painting style was basic colors with some washes but since then I’ve tried highlighting (in fact my entire Space Marine Army is one long highlighting lesson), dry brushing and my basing has got steadily more sophisticated. My current high point is marked by my troll.
